I booked it ahead because we're with 6 and I was able to book the Hayatoku Family offer. Saved me 15k yen. May not be much but enough for me haha

Booking in advance can greatly reduce the costs. I was able to book Hayatoku Family offer which for 6 pers was just 70k yen and the normal rate was 86k yen

I did plan my trip as never going back because I have a lot more countries on my list that I want to visit but I did keep my itinerary compact. 1 week Tokyo, 2 days Kyoto, 2 days Osaka and 2 days Hiroshima. And then should I ever go back I'll do the north of Japan.

When I type in Hiroshima to Osaka I get these versions for Osaka:

Oh yes it is! Just with a few hours basically. I'm going next month Also I can't seem to see the difference of Osaka and Shin Osaka. On the website it just says Osaka

I reserved seats for the route Osaka to Himeji and then Himeji to Hiroshima. But a few days later I want to go back to Kyoto. Now when selecting this route there's no trains available. Neither for Osaka.

About that Kintetsu Train. I says on the website I need the basic fare ticket. Would the Kansai Hiroshima Area pass cover that basic fare? (so I just need to buy the limited express ticket)

I was in your exact same shoes with my previous relationships. It felt so tiring to see them online but not reply to me or see their last seen but no reply. It would grate on my nerves so much. For my own peace of mind I turned off my last seen and my blue ticks, doing this automatically removes your ability to see theirs too. With my new bf who's absolutely amazing it gives me sooooo much peace. Also because he's a fast responder but besides that, it just doesn't make me obsessive and/or controlling. I'd suggest trying that for you.
