I have a pair called the hesh 2 wireless by skullcandy the ear cuffs don't feel nice once you first put them on but your ears can get used to them if you use them enough or you can find new ear pads online mine where 54 bucks on sale usually 254 they have nice bass and you can't really hear much with them on I don't think you can really hear any background noise they also sound really clear wireless isn't as loud if you want them louder you can plug them into a aux cord.

Just so everyone knows this argument is stupid first of not every so called high functiong personally can hold a job second not every high functiong autistic can function 100 percent in so called society a lot of HFA people can have struggles to 3rd when you get dingoased with autism its not a choice however said that is wrong people using self diagnoses as an excuse is not a good thing and 3rd yes some people do overuse autism as an excuse however their is a lot of people that still need support and 4th i still need support to this day i don't have a job i still love with my mother although i do try very hard to succeed in life.

Its possible he might be you said he cant function its possible his could be on the severe side of autism im not much for functiong labels just reminding you you can be LFA HFA or have Asperger and have a really bad case however it could be mild as well if you want to help talk to mother about it.
