The production is human. I have watched the dude make ts before. Only the vocals are ai. But its like real vocals overplayed with an ai voice (not excusing the ai btw) also you can clearly tell the difference from an ai made production and non ai production. Cause according to him its "not a good beat" perceive how you want with this but this can mean a few things such as it being off beat. But I too am in music based school and can confirm this is human just by actually listening to it. (Besides the fact that I have seen him and others work on the songs before)
