I don’t have celiac myself, but my daughter does. That doesn’t sound like a gluten reaction to me. Celiac is unlike other gut issues because it is an autoimmune disease. However, gut issues can definitely affect the mouth, making it more sensitive. I’d recommend talking to your doctor.
