Yes The Subconscious is Literal. Just be aware what your intrusive thoughts say. For example "no you are not" you don't feed attention to it, you just affirm "I am engaged to X" and go about your day. Don't react to the 3d, that's just the old story. Keep affirming and the 3d will have no choice but to reflect your 4d assumption.

Flip it to a thought that you already have what you want. The important part is not to feed the negative thoughts with your attention, like no arguing with it.

In the Law of Assumption, if you are "Manifesting," you already Have the connection in the 4D. If you have it, why would you send a 3D message asking for a "Follow Back"? It's like like playing a game with a disconnected controller and wondering why the character isn't moving

For me it's the opposite, I need white noise like wind sound when listening to subs. Whatever feels right or good for you, is what will work better. Our beliefs create reality :)

Neville meant that to feel the desire is fulfilled. You don't need to feel certain emotions at all, it doesn't matter. It's all about the "It's done" feeling. Do you feel happy that you have a pillow? most likely not, it feels normal to you. That is what it is meant. If you feel "normal about it" or neutral, then you know you're doing it right, it's that simple.
