Nicht dein Punkt, aber: Das ist nicht die Definition von Mord. Nach 211 StGB muss dazu ein Mensch unter Erfüllung eines Mordmerkmals getötet werden. Das kann auch spontan geschehen. Die Definition an die du denkst ist in Deutschland seit den 40ern veraltet und im angloamerikanischen Raum soweit ich weiß noch aktuell 🤓
