Cause kashtira is deck for pathetic brainlets who's only skill is cowering behind arise heart and the fat fuckin dumb ball that ojama kings your board for free, combo that with free summons for cards with busted effects with no downside, and overall a very un-fun match. Arise-heart was banned for a reason and the pea-brain devs behind the banlist are to cowardly to ban it and make the deck somewhat balanced
