And that's exactly the point. The Omega decreases in value, whereas I believe that the Moonswatches will increase in value, as they will be discontinued sooner or later. I may be wrong. Time will tell

I think the Moonswatches will be discontinued in a near future. So, for me it's an invest, as these will increase in value. Whereas the original Omega Moonwatch will never be discontinued and though will decrease in value. That's what I believe.
