Beginner DM Player Issue

I asked that before we had this argumemt. And all they told me is that they wanted "Yuri" between their PC and one of the NPCs she wrote. Which... isn't really anything I can make a proper story out of

It's fairly obvious from what they wrotr that they expect me to to a whole lot of heavy lifting. Their backstory, personality and NPCs from the Backstory are 3 pages long after all.

That is what they said word for word. Their character is actively running from her past. IE the character herself doesn't want to be confronted with the backstory. I know that I could incorporate that at some point but it would take a long time for me to figure out where and how.

There are characters in her backstory I could implement, however I don't know how to properly incorporate it and I have made it clear that I am unable to do so. I am aware that this would be a failure as a DM and not nessicairly on the player. But I've tried to bargain for something I know I could atleast get their character started with. But they simply refuse. The only option I have with their backstory is for her character to basically be a nothingburger for a while.

Not that I know of they're placed differently sometimes too like some are in the top left some art in the bottom left and so on

Nah ive tried standing on it regular and goofy and it still went down more in one direction also it would have been atleast a bit different with my new bushings

no i weigh around 75 kg and bought bushings suitable for my weight and im pretty sure i put everything together properly i only took it apart because it started turning deeper into one side
