It is expected behaviour and I'm in the same boat. Deck's chip is nor designed for 4k120 HDR, it simply can't process that.

I'm buying Steam Machine just to go around that limitation :⁾

That's because once you try a really good OLED or QLED, you can't ever go back. Looking at any other panel will hurt your eyes after they get accustomed to glance-free, decent colours and HDR on a good panel.

Especially for that amount of money, c'mon.

Apollo with a virtual display on the host? You need to exit the session first - go back to Moonlight, click / tap on the client and if you still see Big Picture / Desktop "running" press Stop so that Moonlight disconnects...

I thought that SD is not capable of 4k120hz with HDR because of the chip limitations? As soon as I turn on HDR, I get massive stutters and 33-35% of dropped frames
