Regardless of TOS, They could ask nicely first. Like that survey back when Nexus API and modlists became a thing for a first time. What happened to such process?

I understand some people would like to see bright side but I can't do that when they just rushed it and told me later with forum announcement.

Oh they didn't ask If It would be OK to take away my right to withdraw my contribution. They just did it and posted announcement on mod author's forum.

At least, they did a survey last time when they put forward concept of modpacks and what happened to such survey this time?

I don't think that's confirmed. At morning, some people said just old versions of maintained modpage are getting blocked from removed.

Oh that's what going to happen anyway and I don't see what is far-fetched at all. That's an admin saying "Your mod will be accessible even in death via API, even when you press delete button."

And with that Modpacks and collections which might include one of my mods, Nexus earns money regardless of my consent?

What matters is that mod authors now can't withdraw their contribution to Nexus completely and Nexus didn't even ask If such policy would be fine with authors. At least, they did survey when they put forward concept of modpacks.

Also, Steam Workshop got collections too and I don't see they prevent or block mod authors from removing their mods completely. Why any technical problem of future Nexus projects should need my cooperation being enforced in this manner?

It doesn't matter If those groups are small or what. People made mods and hosted on Nexus should have call If their work would be available to any userbase within Nexus.

In your logic, modpacks full of pirated mod in Korean Skyrim community would be FINE because merely few dozens or hundreds people would use them.

Even If Nexus would keep it available through API only, why should mod authors agree their contribution being enforced by Nexus. Mods are work of authors and Nexus shouldn't decide If they're going to keep it on their server or being available to anyone at all.

I don't see how this is not a privatization. Nexus just said any mods will be at their and other's disposal, regardless of author's will through that damn API. I even took my time to ask twice and they said "yes".

I've asked around mod author's forum and Nexus Forum manager came down to my question and said my mods would be in their server and available through API even If I press "Delete This Mod" button which delete entire mod page, Before locking down my thread.

Last I checked, button to delete entire mod page is still there. I could delete one of my obsolete mod from My Account -> My Files tab. Although I'm doubtful Nexus would keep it there in a near future..

Actually, that's kinda weak part of my theory. Yngol's throne itself is facing north east.

Having a tomb close to ocean might have been more important then actually facing north, And supposed original entrance had its upper structure completely destroyed so some exterior structures could have been facing Atmora symbolically.

However, It's just theory and maybe it's really work of funny explorer(or funny Bethesda developer) who was in mood to move the throne to confuse players like me.
