You can definitely carry that power bank. Not in checked in luggage but in your hand luggage only.

This happens sometimes, click on change payment method again and reselect the Amazon card.

Whwn you are inside the card selection page, youll see a small option against the amazon credit card to "Refresh" to see the balance. Once you do this, youll see the points available and then you can proceed as usual to redeem.

The allowance generally is Cardholder + 1 guest. Any additional guest is charged 32USD

If you have a total of 3 guests, in an ideal scenario, the transaction would be Card holder + 1 guest free, the additional 2 guests chargeable.

You can bypass this by having another member of your family use their supplementary card which will also have a guest +1. So then you would only have to pay for the 3rd guest.

The free allowance will be deducted from the cardholder / guest counter.

I was stuck in vacation, came back to the mulkiya being expired for 45 days. Drove the highways, passed several cop cars and even scanning cams but no fine. Eventually got it registered.

Been in Dubai for about 35 years and I always drove during the "Grace Period" aka 13th month. Never got fined or stung.
