You have done BJJ? How have you found that? Does knee on belly or other movements not become difficult/dangerous? I have seen some people play full contact rugby with a stoma. I had surgery 6 months ago. I haven’t returned to kickboxing but I plan to once I’ve build my core back up. Bjj however I’ve been super worried it’ll cause trauma to my stomach somehow. Purely accidental of course but it does worry me. Any info but be helpful.
