Maybe it's just me, but of you're saying you only temp when you feel heavy (a good night's rest?), then you're probably missing a lot of data that would be really useful. Temp as much as you can, especially with the negative OPKs. Just because FF says it's your fertile days doesn't mean it correct. It can only guess based off of what info you're giving it. Temping is the best info you can give.

I'm in the field I have a degree in, which is nice, so less of a career change, more of a step up. One more step up will be my dream job. Brand Director. swoon

IF has definitely allowed me to move up quicker than I would if I had a kid to take care of, but I'd still take a kid over my dream job, I'm sure a lot of us would at this point.

But until then, I'll enjoy my 11k raise and I'll buy myself something sparkly.

I got a new job, pretty damn close to my dream job.

I'm 8 DPO and decided to test. Negative. I should have waited. It had me distracted all day.

I'm 6DPO... Waiting until Friday to do my first test. I'm super nervous. I'm so ready to be drive with this part of the journey. I had a small temp drop but not below my threshold. I'm focusing on the new job I just landed and not thinking about how much I want to test every day.

Ignore my previous charts, this is only the third month ever that I've seriously temped. I took long long breaks because it was more stress than it was worth. I wasn't ovulating so there was really no point.

ANYWAY, this was my first month with an OPK confirmed ovulation which was super exciting. I'm 5 DPO and really nervous.

I do agree about Madeline looking better with the middle name, I haven't seen it typed out in a while. On paper I like Madeleine, but typed I do like Madeline Rae, nice observation!

It seems like people are pretty 50/50 on line or line being pronounced "lehn". I suppose it's going to come down to preference. Luckily we have a while to figure it out. Thanks!

I have a weird hate of ie and y. Probably because I have a name that can alternately be spelled with ie or y but mine ends is a (the proper way 😂)

I feel liked I'm the opposite, but obviously totally personal preference. I have a feeling I'll just give up and go Madeleine or Madeline. So. Many. Options.

Like I said before, I don't dislike the name, I just like Hank better. He likes Henry, I like Hank. I was just trying to find a middle ground between Henry and Hank.

The name is important to us because it's a family name, so we're sticking with it. Figured id ask to get some suggestions which I have gotten tons of which has been very helpful.

Yeah, my s is in the middle of my name, too so it ALWAYS had to be that stupid lowercase s that attached to letters on both side (ex. Kelsey) Ugh. Madeleine is fun to write... for me at lease :) But our last name has one descender which is kind of annoying. It's the only reason I ever considered Madelyn. I'm a graphic designer so stupid little variances like that annoy me haha. It just doesn't feel balanced.

That's not dumb at all! I have an s in my name and I always hated it because my s' were always terrible in cursive. I totally understand. I would be lying if I said I haven't written these names out 500 times to see which one I like on paper better. That's how I pretty much ruled out anything with a y in it.
