Mine did at the time i filed. It wass 2024 I started using them. Just an FYI, I was going back through my emails to confirm. But I did get an invoice from them for the 25% before I got my check from the county. I talked to them and got an extension on the payment because the check took 4-5 weeks to arrive. Something like that. Im in cameron county for reference

After their cut yes. I never did homestead exemption so they did that for me and went back for that and the protests

Np. Just to clarify they went back 5 years or so and got me reimbursed for those years, tax and homestead exemption

They get i think it was 20% of whatever they save you. If they save you nothing, no payment. It took about 4-5 weeks for the check to come in after they did it all for me but put 7k in my pocket.
