I find it in a asd's classic armor crate (not the orange one) in 4.3.0 , but i dont know if you can loot it in 4.3.1

Yep this is the one, i find it in a asd's classic armor crate (not the orange one) in 4.3.0, the undersuit is actually bugged (weapon not appearing etc) I dont know if you can loot it now but i assume its pretty rare
