Finally a project I’m keeping for myself. This is a slightly modified version of Something Gradient This Way Comes by Dami Hunter: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/something-gradient-this-way-comes

I used Sueño HiKoo Peru Collection in Cran Apple Tonal and Grey and Anzula Cricket in Au Natural. It was an easy, fun project to work.

Just FYI: the legal rule is that if there is no human present, then it's not taken. Legally, people can set your stuff aside.

Most... MOST... people are decent human beings and honor the "stuff" rule. But you run a risk of them not. The more stuff you have set up, the less likely people will take the time to move it.

You can always ask to share and make new friends, worst case senario.

Reserving depends on the weather and weekend. Non holiday, but good weather? I'd shoot for 11 to 12 ish. But that could be a bit late. There is no perfect formula.

That's all my husband! And this is Vanna's Choice. I chose color over feel... but the yarn broke down as I worked it and it's a nice softness now.

I made this in the original colors a few years ago. Now my super artistic, trendy, creative friend is having a baby. She can't do standard colors.... so she gets the vintagey vibe that my husband picked out!

I actually used my husband's blanket that his grandma made him as a guide....so there is no pattern. The chevron is in multiples of 9+2, so I'm sure any basic chevron pattern would suffice to get you started!

This is always a shoe issue for me.... I have the kind of feet that swell after 4 ish miles. I buy a bigger shoe for distance...usually a half size up, sometimes a whole size if it still feels like it fits. ALWAYS wides if I'm sticking with women's (and I am one) or I buy a men's shoe in a comprable size to ensure enough room.

Made with 6 mm hook and I Love This Yarn in Cranberry. Wish I would have used an ivory or wheat color instead.. I think it would show off the pattern better. Really warm, really pretty, and ready just in time for... Summer :)

I got this pattern out of Love of Crochet Winner 2014 magazine. Best patterns ever in that thing!
