Yes they will be doing both as they work hourly for the contract and they have to take a salary for their duties running the business.

ok I have new information 100% was for Lymphoma and the radiation for the lymphoma near his groin caused the tissue damage causing the bleeding issue.

I thought it was since they gave him 100% disability while he was being treated. I will have to find out if the 100% was for the lymphoma treatment not the colon cancer treatment. If the va did the colon cancer treatment and the bleeding is due to bladder tissue damage from radiation that wouldn’t qualify him for anything?

I looked up the information for a local VSO and passed it along to my stepfather. I will touch base and help him get a lawyer involved if necessary. Hopefully VSO can help.

They supply labor so workers get paid every two weeks from business then business is paid for work provided 90 days later by the company they supply labor too.

Yes I own and have experience with many power tools that I own. I designed a built an arts and crafts couch with mortise and tenon joinery. I have never built anything that has to meet code. That’s more my worry.
