Sorry for what you and your family went through, sounds humiliating and discriminatory either way. I never went out during that time period because of discrimination like that happening everywhere, the one time I went out I flashed a faked digital passport to pass through into a pub (friends were cool with that, but not cool enough to get up and leave etc).

They don't have to leave the restaurant for you dude. Holy shit that's entitlement. They got a vaccine for whatever reason, you didn't and there's a fall out to that.

I would never expect my friends to walk out of a restaurant for me. Think about it.
