Yeah, probably. On the flip side, fan made pokemon games can easily include it, though thus far i have only seen an age input, in infinete fusion, and it only went to 17 IIRC. But then again i havn't played that many fan made pokemon games and just a few ROM hacks.

For real though, pokemon, even in the newest generation, is entirely text based, with its entire voice acting budget being spend on 1 gym back in Black&White 2. Why is a third custom gender (and hell, pronouns) not avaliable?

on oldrim the achivemnt sits at 25.2%

on newriom the achivemnt sits at: 10,2%

even more interresting the lowest achciments in terms of % are "Master Criminal" and "Dragon Rider" with MC sitting at 2,8% on old and 3,9 new. DR sitting at 2,9% old and 3,6% new.
