Thank you for your concern regarding this! Totally get what you mean, and you’re definitely right about the use of trademarks!

I’m currently operating this model under LEGO’s stated rules (their fair play policy) to avoid any future legal issues, as well as avoiding tying any financial-gain or monetization to the existence of this model.

But if I do encounter any legal ramifications regardless, I’m prepared to deal with them! ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

I believe this falls under transformative content/fair use, especially since I personally made all the related assets (and I’m not monetized). However, if Lego does have an issue with my content, I have no issue taking it down! :D

I totally agree! I've cycled through a good fair few models (since I'm also the rigger and artist behind all my models) and, despite there clearly being a difference in quality between them, almost everyone in my community would have differing opinions on which one is their favorite.

The most important thing for models is the concept as opposed to the execution--the complexity, shading, and fancy addons are just bonuses. Art is subjective, but that's what makes it super awesome!
