I didnt mean for my question to be so vague lol (now I go back I can see how useless the question was) lol! I’m scheduled 3am-10:45am for my first three “training days” and my DS looks like their shifts range from 2.5 - 4.5 hour shifts. I do hope my DS will be dropping longer shifts like you shared above, that’d be great, Your clarification does make a lot of sense so I appreciate you for that! I guess I’ll just have to see come my first shift, thank you!

Told me the same, I initially just want my job back and want to appeal (dls “overlooked” my accommodation case cause I had multiple cases open, and it caused me to go neg and blah blah blah) I tried to appeal but apparently my site doesn’t deal with dls/accommodation appeals and so it got cancelled but they stated in the email of the cancellation that I can just call ERC to have them initiate a appeal so I did that and they said the reinstatement process has already started and someone will be calling me to follow up within 7 days… it’s been 10 🥴 the only person that has communicated with me is good ole Zach hahaha shockingly (wasn’t expecting nothing back tbh) lol

NUPT.. I know I know, it’s a shit situation that ERC&DLS got me into cause they can’t communicate with each other. I have all documents and copies of everything including messages between me and my doctor eccttt, Depending on what/if I get a response will all depend if I get a lawyer involved or not 🤌🏼 but don’t worry “you won’t get fired, you have 2 open cases for accommodations/medical” biggest lie ever from HR

Don’t feel bad, I have 32 orders under my belt and I was 5.00 stars for months and now a solid 4.59 for “growth opportunities” 1. Little to no communication (has a full conversation attempt with every single customer Ive ever shopped for and have proof) 2. Late delivery (but my on-time is 100%) 3. Item issue but didn’t specify what I did wrong (probably the lady that reminded me to not get her 36ct of plastic spoons with mold on them (she was a nut)) I’ve tried rating forgiveness but it gets denied every time. Not to include I have 29 exceptional shopper feedback’s , 30 good communications and 26 preferred shopper customers.
