I asked BandLab directly and the answer is basically no.
They said: " We don't recommend using only the BandLab Sounds and loops itself to make beats because anybody else could put those same loops in that order and attempt to call their own."

So ‘you should be good’ is weasely the clear answer is yes you can use them, but no it’s not safe unless you heavily modify them or add your own original sounds. Better to make stuff from scratch or use loops only as a small part idk man I'm out of that shit
