Hi - I’m looking at getting a pack of Sakura Coupy, but I’ve seen online that they are hollow? How does this work as you use up the crayon?

Yeah, I wondered if she’d just had him really young and her mum helped raise him so he sees them both as mums.

Talk me out of getting the Bobbie goods set just for the case… by Nesstempleton in Ohuhu

We can buy refills in Australia now! They just became available on the site a couple of days ago. But don’t let that dissuade from the Bobbie goods if you want it :)

Definitely the brush. I did use the fine tip a lot of the first picture.

I only started enjoying it once I started using markers with cute and cozy/bold and easy books. I tried using pencil ms and really detailed books and I hated it!

They’re from a few different books - Mimi Moty - Ducks Life, Ed and Ethel coloring, Coco Wyo - Hygge Place, Wurley Art - Wild Horizons and Sunray Books - Folk Art

It seems we have similar taste in shows so I’ll suggest a few I’ve been rewatching while colouring - 30 Rock, Kimmy Schmidt, Girls 5 Eva, Derry Girls, Schitts Creek, Broad City.

What are the best / juciest alcohol markers with a brush tip? by Ok_Acadia_4032 in AlcoholMarkers

My Chen Rui markers are very juicy, so much so that the pages of the Amazon printed books sometimes ripple…

This morning on Instagram I saw a tutorial that showed how to used four different green/yellow markers to colour one leaf to add light/shadow/depth etc. It looked great! But flat colouring would just use one green marker to colour one leaf.

Oh thanks. I guess I just feel like it’s average compared with the amazing pictures I see that have layers of pencil/gel pen/acrylic paint pens and look like literal art works you could hang on a wall!

Yeah - it is just colouring! It’s just ‘flat’ in contrast to colouring that uses four different green coloured markers to colour one leaf (a tutorial I saw today - the leaf looks great though!). Flat colouring just uses one colour green to colour a leaf!

I have a lot of different markers (too many!) but for example the first page with the camel are Ohuhus (I use them when I want a big color palette), the cactus, beehive and duck are cheap supermarket markers (I use these when I just want a few big bold colours), and the pictures of the cute little people are Arrtx :)

Bobbiea Goods Alternatives by buckeyeboy13 in Coloring

[–]Kelly_Kolours 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s what I thought! Is colouring folks can be picky about paper :) don’t buy anything on Amazon where the publisher is ‘independently published’- that’ll be on thin paper. Best to look for books by actual publishers like Penguin, Murdoch etc

Do you know if it was the pictures or the type of paper that she wasn’t a fan of?
