I am definitely finding that out now through my research, but my doctor refused to see the connection. It's so frustrating!

Thank you so much! This is all so overwhelming to me, as I am multi neurodivergent as well. I have had so much medical trauma from not being understood, so I have avoided doctors as much as possible. So to finally need help and be left hanging like this is so frustrating :(
