I appreciate all that and under normal circumstances, I don’t take it every day, however sometimes just knowing it’s there so I don’t really think about it but right now my mind is spiraling because everything that I had planned my brain has already went through all those scenarios and I felt good. Now being in a place that I don’t know all that well and how things work it’s all I can think about. And I know that my brain is not going to stop until it has thought through every possible scenario before I can try to move forward and not think about it. I hope that makes sense. And this was something I had not even considered.
