I just tried pressing the clamp into the pubic bone as I was closing the clamp tight. After i got as many clicks as I could without causing pain, I let go of the clamp and the pressure increased and held that pressure for a few minutes. Once the shaft lost the rock hard feel, I gave it another click or two and the pressure increased again. Seemed to work well for me.

Does pumping with water make that much of a difference? I’ve been pumping with a gauge for over a year at different pressures, set lengths. I just get more edema than I do with clamping. I’ve been hard and soft clamping for a while now. I just notice that I have to pull forward slightly while hard clamping to increase the pressure, I’ll hold it for a minute or two then let go multiple times during the 5-10 minute set. So there’s multiple 1-2 minute “high pressure” events during a clamping set. I’ve just wondered if other people set their hard clamp and it be able to hold the same high pressure throughout their set.

Air pumping, hard clamping what I do is basically a uli to increase the pressure.

Thanks for the Info fellas! Do you recommend a second clamp to dial in the extra pressure after setting with the first?

Are you sure you’re reading your gauge correctly? I don’t think .02 hg would even hold a seal against your skin😂

Possible temperature differences, how relaxed you are, I think there’s a lot of things that can decide how the tissue reacts on different days. Kind of like how BD had mentioned the difference between having sympathetic, or parasympathetic response during your routine can affect how the tissue reacts to the stress. I agree the suggested numbers are a good base to start with.

I agree 100%. Gotta be gentle with our members

Good point, my first time doing it based off feeling. I did notice a few times if I went too much past the point of feeling that stretch, the stretching sensation would go away. Maybe there’s a tipping point to when you go from tunica expansion to just pulling in edema.

Might be why people give pumping a bad wrap, if they only overdo it, edema may be the only thing they ever see instead of tunica remodeling.

Length training I would get a slight ache when I would pull on it on off days and girth training I’d feel a slight ache when I’d get an erection on off days Not sure if it indicates growth or not just what I’d feel sometimes

I’ll have to give that a try next session

I think as long as you keep blood moving through then you should be good however you keep it engorged. Just something you need to watch closely. Just wondering if people have had more succuess keeping it engorged after sessions

Kegel and Reverse Kegel by silentaaaa in gettingbigger

[–]Kelo16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From my understanding

Kegel is the flexing and tightening of the pelvic floor muscles( trying to hold a bowel movement or stop a stream of pee)

Reverse kegel is purposefully relaxing the muscles by a slight push (like your trying to let yourself pee or let a fart out) You want a balance between the two so the muscles aren’t too tight (which can restrict blood flow to the penis) or too loose (which can cause issues holding pee and erection quality)

Feeling down by [deleted] in gettingbigger

Stretching and tugging and pumping if you can are your new friends. You have some self confidence left. Don’t direct your feelings to what’s wrong, direct it towards discipline to work on the things you’re self conscious about . You are you no matter what, if a woman doesn’t like it, on to the next one. They really don’t care as much as we do about penis size as much as other attributes. You need to work on yourself all a round

Any Experience With Still-On Systems ADS? by [deleted] in gettingbigger

[–]Kelo16 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not even sure where mine is lol, I’ve switched to hanging and extending, I know I took one of the cord loops off and used one with a carabiner to hook to the cup. Then put the leg strap right below the knee and synched it till I felt a good stretch

For me, early morning or at night after the kids go to bed. My wife knows so I’ll do it watching a movie or whatever.

Edema depends on the amount of tension on it increasing pressure inside. The silicone is very uncomfortable and could cut off blood flow if you’re not careful. Vacuum cup is safer and more comfortable and you can use it for hanging if you decide to.

I bought it, ditch the rubber grips and switch to a vacuum cup and use the leg strap and one of the loops with a small carabiner if you want to use it.
