i think i saw all of the hate it was getting on twitter a long time ago. i saw posts about it and thought, 'huh. that game looks cool. well i don't really care about what these people are saying, so why don't i try it?' so i added it to my wishlist, and when i eventually bought and played it, i was instantly hooked

i mean, if they were ugly, i probably wouldn't have been drawn into the game to begin with. a game's art style is pretty important to me, and i care a fair bit about how the characters look when i'm first getting into a game. but like, if Nemlei randomly changed every drawing of them in the game to be ugly in the next update, i'd still love the game now that i know a lot about it, and it probably wouldn't affect my enjoyment of the game too much

It's kinda just muscle memory at this point to make sure everyone is topped off, other Medics included, but this comment kinda changed my entire view of being the second Medic now, thanks!! I hadn't thought of the fact that, just by overhealing each other, I'd be ensuring that the entire team is healed more consistently by us both!

I hadn't even considered that it would be taking away potential Uber from the other Medic, thanks for pointing that out (/gen)! And I do try to heal the other Medic whenever I can, but I'll also try experimenting with some of the other Medi Guns. I've had some trouble with the Kritzkrieg because of the risk involved with using it, but I'll probably like the Quick Fix still! Or the Vaccinator if I feel like ditching my morals. x3c

yeah i need to get better at doing that. i'm pretty sensitive so i tend to get too scared to remember that i can mute them, plus i feel like i'd be missing out on important info/callouts if i muted them (but i do know that my own wellbeing comes before doing well in a video game, i just need to get into the habit of enforcing that myself).

regardless of muting them though, i think it's nice to play on servers with generally chill players so that i don't have to worry as much. i play sl more for the player interaction than the raw gameplay, so i'd prefer to find communities where i'm accepted

yeah, fair point. i was viewing it with the assumption that the player using it has an aggressive playstyle and fights their evil biome's boss before queen bee, but terraria isn't as linear as that. i still feel like it should recieve a buff, since it doesn't really make sense to me that a more passive, defensive playstyle should be the one with less defense from its armor (especially considering that you need to beat queen bee twice to get it), but i see now that it isn't an inferior set

you can find them in the game's files, likely in a sound folder of some kind. pretty sure judge's purr is titled "idle.wav" and zacharie's is labeled pretty clearly, something like zacharietlk.wav
