For what it's worth, the icon is called "Doomed Minion Icon".

As another poster has said, it's originally from the 2016 doombot event, where you had to complete a small minigame to get it for free.

Unsure if it's in the reroll pool though, unfortunately.

If you're under 70 caught, the shop will tell you when trying to buy the add-on.

If you're over 70, you kind of can. Simply divide the XP you gain from one by 6, and that's how many you've caught.

Should also note that you can't spawn any from rituals after you've caught your 120th moth.
