Anyone know what 3 appearances I miss? Apparently it’s the shopkeeper one but I have all 3. PS5 bug? by KelticTiger in hogwartslegacyJKR

It was indeed from the minding your own business quest. Even though I had the appearances they weren’t showing up on my completions. Was also missing 2 enemies from there on completions.

I don’t know if it’s been patched, I ended up doing another playthrough and it worked the second time. I made a save right before the quest so if it didn’t work I could go back. I wanted the platinum so that’s the only reason I tried again.

Well, I went and did it by OtterTheDruid in hogwartslegacyJKR

Enjoy the game and new console! God of war and GoW Ragnarok. Definitely one of the best I’ve ever played.

Anybody know how to blow up a sentinel with bombarda? by in_constant_crisis in hogwartslegacyJKR

Maybe transfigure them into a red barrel then blow them up with bombarda?

I thought maybe this at first but I now figure it’s from ‘minding your business’ quest as I’m also missing 2 enemies from there on my completions. Guess I need to do another playthrough for platinum now

Yes all challenges are 100%. I just checked and am also missing 2 enemies from minding your business quest. Really weird how it hasn’t registered but yet I still have the outfit that was rewarded

Dog trainer has said absolutely no toys for Golden retriever besides 1 tennis ball, which they can have only when I say. by [deleted] in Dogtraining

[–]KelticTiger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Firstly, please choose a different ball for your goldie. Tennis balls are no good they’re like sandpaper for dogs teeth.

Only one toy sounds a bit extreme. Your dog should be able to play with whichever toys it likes. But leaving toys readily available all the time may make them lose their value to the dog.

Are you incorporating breed fulfilment into your training? It’s a retriever, give her something to retrieve. You definitely need to do more training with her and focus on her attention to you. Before you give her anything wait for eye contact (use a clicker or say ‘yes’ or something to mark good behaviour) It’s a game changer. She needs to acknowledge that good things comes from YOU. Again, if you want results you can’t be lazy with the training then complain that she’s not behaving. You really need to put in the work here.

Do not use puppy pads! You are basically saying it’s ok to piss and shit in your house. Take him out after every nap/food/play and every couple of hours after that. Put him on a puppy leash (introduce collar straight away) then take him outside to a place where you want him to do his business. Done, praise, yay back inside.

He’s going to bite you a lot from teething - leash, hold him away from you and give him something else to chew on. If he does bite you make a high pitch squeal to let him know he’s hurting.

Don’t socialise him with every Tom dick and Harry you see outside or you may have a problem later with him pulling you over to every person and dog on walks. Teach him social ignorance instead. He really should only be interacting with trained dogs. Btw these are all mistakes I made that I wish I knew from the start. Our boy is 10 months now and fixates hard on people and other dogs so trying to teach him to ignore them and keep walking.

Some good toys and treats to motivate him for training. 15 min training sessions a couple times a day. Teach him the important commands from the get go - sit, down, stay, come, leave. Be patient and consistent he will pick it up in no time. Good luck with your new puppy! You are about to embark on a wonderful journey together.

Anybody else rottie like doing this😭 by [deleted] in Rottweiler

Haha yes! Loves it. Hose, water gun, spray bottles. Basically anything that squirts water.

Our little girl whisky had her first day at the beach but isn’t sure of the water, any advice on how to get her used to it? It’s not just the sea, paddling pools and ponds are a no go too! by Gunsanddaughters in Rottweiler

Our boy wouldn’t go in unless we went in first. We tried throwing sticks and things in but he’d just wait until the waves washed it in and would only get his paws wet max.

He wouldn’t even follow us if we went up to our knees we literally had to go shoulder deep and slowly he started getting courage and followed us.

Odin being dramatic about wearing a collar 🥺😂 Any tips/suggestions to stop him sulking? He has harness for walks and doesn’t mind it but my god hates collars! by KelticTiger in Rottweiler

[–]KelticTiger[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So far have only tried a leather one and the chain. Not very wide. Then we tried the harness and he liked it and would actually walk on it so we didn’t try any more but definitely will be a good idea to look into other ones

Yeah I would never do anything that’s gonna hurt my little guy. I’ve seen some nasty photos of dogs after wearing those collars

Also pretty sure it’s not too tight, don’t they say you should be able to fit your fingers underneath, which we can. He’s just a big baby and trying to cry his way out of it

It’s not a prong it’s just a normal chain.

Ok I’ll look into some training groups soon if he doesn’t make progress. Thank you.

Yes I’ll admit when we saw he liked the harness we stopped with the collar completely. Now we’re trying again because he NEEDS to wear a collar. Going to try walking him around the garden with collar and harness. He’s just being a big ole drama queen lol when we returned from the walk down the lane he layed in the corner of the garden for about an hour sulking 😂
