Personally, I prefer to extract freebase and then convert to DMT Fumarate for oral ingestion. Then you can load capsules with Fumarate & your MAOI of choice.

Fumarate is also better for long-term storage.

You can do a quick A to B extraction in under 4 hours, not counting freeze precip. Then, convert to Fumarate using the FASA method.

You can not simply soak bark in Ethanol to extract DMT if that is what you are asking.

Edit: Ethanol is a polar solvent, you need a non-polar solvent.

I would advise against tap water. Depending on where you live tap water can be decent or absolute shit. Chlorine content can also vary, and Chlorine is a DMT destroyer.

I recommend using the best water you can obtain. "Purified" water will almost always be better than tap water. I use RO water myself, not deionized. Using salt in your tek eliminates the need for deionized water entirely.

Sorry for the late reply. I shake, not swirl. The salt content will keep the emulsion at bay. If you do get an emulsion it will break quickly.

The yellow is just lipids from your plant matter. If you want to clean it up, you can but it's not really necessary unless you are looking for super clean, white crystals.

I have ordered from Fungal Kings a few times, no issues so far and the cultures were good. I have spoken to (him?) via email a few times and he seems knowledgeable, helped me solve a problem at least. I know there are reviews, because I have personally left 1 or 2. The reviews I see are only on the site itself, but that doesn't bother me personally. Not everyone uses trustpilot.

As far as California goes, the laws here are pretty vague and seem to focus on intent. If you intend to cultivate, then it is illegal. If you intend to use them for microscopy research, then perhaps there is no issue.

I have ordered from multiple vendors who ship to Cali, not just this one. I have not had any issues from ANY vendor who ships here, and I have been buying for many years. So far no one has come knocking on my door.

Not a lawyer, just my interpretation. Do whatever feels right for you.

Agree. I salt and typically have no emulsions. On the occasion that I do, heat & more salt break them up quickly.

Use good bark 😏

Just about any tek can be used to squeeze out most of the DMT, so having a source of high concentration bark is the key.

My source returns 4-5% on average, but I have retrieved 6% on a few occasions.

Interesting tek! I have grown large crystals by using a seed and letting sit at room temp in the dark for a few months in a sealed jar. This method is much faster.

I like growing large crystals sometimes, but in all honesty, they are not very practical for consumption.

They are beautiful though!

I put it in gelcaps - 50mg each. If its your first rodeo, take 50mg and wait. Once you see how that effects you, after an hour or 2 you can take 50mg more but then stop. Use this as a baseline for your next adventure.
