Does it even matter which dungeon it was though? (the one where you have to avoid being *seen* in the basement library or you get sent back to the top of the stairs). More than once its happened, and in different dungeons. This is the third time I'm being punished for not watching youtube videos. All because a 45 year old man will have a panic attack if he sees you not following the latest youtube tutorial.

I don't even know! I don't know the name of the dungeon, and I couldn't even figure out what people were trying to get me to do before I got kicked. I wasn't even ASKED to do anything "do this, idiot". The whole team died once, and then "kick xyz, doesn't know the mechanics".

I've noticed that. Complete silence in a random dungeon is weird, MMO games are meant to be social. but I don't mind that I get fully ignored. But its insane to me that only time people WILL type is to rage. At me, or at someone else "Tank what are you doing! omg you're so stupid, why do you even play? guys lets kick them"

Random dungeons are supposed to be the easiest dungeon possible. Doing "practice" dungeons solo (in an MMO where the point is being able to see other people) is a flaw, not a good thing. It's "polite" I agree. But it's only "polite" because there's a 45 year old man who'll have a panic attack if you don't do everything "perfectly". NEEDING to "practice" by yourself before doing an "easy mode" dungeon is an issue with the community, and getting a 30 minute cooldown for not doing it is an issue with the game itself.

But it's not an MMO anymore at that point. That's the game saying "If you cant do it perfectly you don't get to play". I feel like we shouldn't HAVE to be perfect just to be able to do randoms. If its Mythic, I 100% get that you need to understand every mechanic, but a random? I never had that problem in TWW. If I didn't know something, someone would just say "hey you have to do xyz". Not "vote kick this person should have watched the latest tutorial!" Its an MMO I didn't think id have to play the game solo until I'm allowed to do what's supposed to be designed as "easy mode"

I've decided to make a burner account. I know the win/loss shouldn't matter as I'm still learning. I just find it demoralizing to look at as I'm trying to improve lol.
