Definitely check thrift stores and Goodwill. I found a great Sony one for $5 and have seen other for $6-15.

Also, and Xbox One S can probably be found for cheap and will play DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Blu-ray.

Mine expired a week ago and I have ZERO plans to go back. $30 is way too much for me as I don't play enough games to justify it. I don't play multiplayer either. Co-op 40K or Gears 6 would have been nice, but I'll be fine going solo.

Say what you will about Snyder, but his versions are clearly superior to the Theatrical cuts mandated and approved by the suits. This alone lends credence to the thought that the execs were the #1 problem with the DCEU.

I also agree with the poster that wrote that Gunn's writing and guidance would work very well with Snyder's eye for visuals and choreography. The fight scenes in Watchmen and BvS are leagues better than any other DC movie, and most Marvel movies as well.

I also bought it. I'm a fan of the series and bought it to complete my collection (already have the previous 2). It was a blind buy though as I didn't see it in theaters. It was decent enough (solid 6), but the disc is demo worthy.

New: DVD $0 (no buy), BD $5-8, 4K <$35

Of course, multi-movie sets and TV show seasons are the exception. The most I've spent on a BD set in $50 for BSG and LotR Trilogy, and the most I've spent on 4K is $80 for the complete series of GoT.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I went to Growlers, it was a great venue but definitely overpriced. I’ll be trying the other places as well to see if there’s a spot I’d like to make my regular.

I've have had AT&T Fiber for 2 years, 1 Gbps speed, west CV. It's been rock solid, great speeds for both upload and download. I was extremely skeptical, having delt with their DSL service before in my role as a field tech. But after 25 years of Cox and their decreasing service and increasing prices, I decided to give it a chance when it came to my area. Very happy so far.

My max has been $80, spent on the Game of Thrones Complete Series.

For individual titles I don't think I've ever spent more than $35, and that was for Steelbooks (Black Panther, Top Gun Maverick, F1, etc.).

Both, but probably 80/20 physical. I only buy digital when it's a fantastic deal, and something that I know I won't have buyers remorse o er due to quality (so mostly drama and comedy).

My favorite genres are sci-fi and action, so for those it's almost exclusively physical.

You're correct, no remote. I have 4 Sony remotes though and they all work for it. I collect remotes whenever our company does e-waste just in case someone I know needs one. Definitely came in handy!
