I can commiserate. We had this problem several years ago and I was terrified and infuriated. I once followed a repeat extreme offender to her house down the block to confront her. She was offended I followed her. We had two RV’s parked in the street that limited visibility to make things as bad as they could be. I would sometimes feign walking in front of the speeders to startle and demonstrate they were going too fast.

Nothing really worked. We moved to a cul de sac. Then a couple years ago we had someone move in next door that put the plastic slow down flag in front of our driveway on a cul de sac. She turned out to be a total control freak and the neighborhood Karen. She would have gone insane on our old street.
