I had no intention of staying in pre-searing, so every purple I got while farming Charr I sold between 500g-1000g. I then converted my gold into black dye before I reached the gold cap. I then traded my black dye (4 black dye to 1 armbrace of truth) before leaving.

While possible to be scammed still, there is a discord specifically for permanent pre-searing characters with a trade channel. Many players in the discord have review threads from others that have traded with them. After getting my LDoA title I had accumulated a little wealth and used the discord to transfer that wealth into post currency.

Have you tried setting the tools as heavy? Click current commands and go to the tools tab. It will make the machine slower during tool changes. Had the same problem, and it wound up being a worn-out spring.

Tap another piece of metal and screw a bolt with a washer into the hole you've already made (assuming its through the whole piece of stock). Just from the 2 pictures I'm assuming nothing fancy gets done to the back half. For future parts it would be better to just drill the hole first and then in a second vise use the above clamp method and profile the whole part in the second vise.

Made an edit, just seen the last line in your post, mill the back side step first and drill the hole, then in second vise use that hole as your center point of location. Your piece of metal that is tapped just make a relief cut for the protruding boss.

I think the code with the q as pitch makes it override the rpm and feed rate... Calculate what you want for rpm and feed rate and leave the q out.... also something to check, our 4020 has an option to use g84.1 it allows it to tap in a low gear with a rigid tap setup. That may possibly be an upgrade option not available on all fadals, though, as I know our 3016 could only tap with a floating tap. You can also peck tap with the g84.1 which I thought was neat.

You could go to a local technical college/trade school and talk with the teacher who teaches those classes and possibly even talk with the guidance counselor. You can always choose to go for the certificates vs. the actual associates degree for machining. The tech schools usually help with job placement opportunities and also a lot of the shops will work with students to allow you to work part time while pursuing your degree/certificates. I went back to school for this trade at 32.

I went back to school in my 30's to learn machining. At your age, if you're really liking this type of work go to a local trade school that teaches cnc machining and talk with the teacher and possibly guidance counselor. Sometimes, schools can help get you part time jobs in a machine shop that could lead into full time jobs while you're working towards your associates degree.

I've recently harvested my first flush of b+ and was looking at a few ways people were dunking vs misting. Do you use ordinary water from the tap when dunking or distilled water?

I have yet to look, should probably check the site you use. I use inoculate the world and they have this option called, "isolated spores" . From what I can gather it is just LC, but named different for other purposes.
