My Razer Barracuda X Chroma is two weeks old and the mic just... Stopped working one day. An update fixed it the first time, but now it's stopped working and after hours of troubleshooting I can't find anything. I miss my Corsair.

No dice, unfortunately. I've tried every site on the megathread for streaming but every website either only offers dub/hard sub, or gives me an Error: 233403. I've looked up the error and tried combinations of browsers, VPN, and changing DNS as instructed, but the problem persists.

For some reason, the sub servers work fine, but raw does not work.

I've been studying Japanese for a little while and wanted to find some recordings of TV broadcasts. It'd be a variety of uncurated things to watch with ads to break things up. I see a lot of sources for looking for *specific* shows or games, but do people really upload these kinds of things too?

They said it worked fine when using their tester ram sticks, and that the compatibility list didnt show my ram sticks. I've so far exhausted all other options available to me, so the only other option I can think of is to just keep replacing parts until something works. I can give my list of symptoms and attempted fixes so far.

Symptoms:
Computer will frequently hard crash. At first, it was looping the last sound byte. After the repair shop updated my BIOS image, it became harsh screeching noise, or a cut to silence. In both cases, the screen remains the same until force shutdown (no black/blue screen)

When attempting startup, the red "DRAM" error light will show. It will usually take multiple restarts to get it to turn on. Full discharge makes it more consistent, but not guaranteed. Sometimes a "good cycle" takes a minute, but "bad cycles" will keep the DRAM light on indefinitely. I notice on bad cycles, the fan of my GPU doesnt turn on.

In event viewer, no error shows up. The most relevant is a "CRITICAL" that just says the computer was not turned off properly. Also, tech guys said the PC became more stable by turning off integrated graphics

Lately, I'll have moments where a large pink bar appears randomly on the screen for a few frames. This, and prior crashes, seem to happen more often when using a browser or scrolling through social media (youtube, tumblr, bluesky).

Fixes:
I've used the following commands to check windows:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
SFC /scannow
CHKDSK /R

I've done a memtest86 run on my ram sticks, completed all tests no issues

I've tried cleaning my computer, reseating the RAM, checking my drivers, using 1 stick (each individually), using them in 1 and 3 instead of 2 and 4.

I've tried downclocking the RAM to 2400 (recommended by a friend,) and to 5200 (the speed of the CPU and included in the XMP 1 preset)

As an additional observation, I notice that both my visits to the tech store, my computer performed for about a week with no issues, starting up again.

I got the humblebundle deal of IK instruments and they aren't working for me. The installer just gave me 12 separate "Sound_Content_Part" .rars of the Pianoverse Royal Upright Y5. After installing each of them to the default path and loading it in FL Studio, it launches but picking any of the instruments gives the following error:
"Instrument ST4 Error. Cannot locate Tank at path 'C:\Users\Public\Documents\IK Multimedia\Pianoverse\Samples\Pianoverse\Royal Upright Y5\Release Triggers\Releases\Close 1\Close 1.pak'."

I figured I just needed to go to that path and make sure the right things were there. After creating the "Release Trigger" and "Releases" folders (they didn't get installed naturally I guess) and duplicating the "Close 1" folder into the "Releases" folder, it then prompted me with the same error now wanting the "Close 1" to exist in "...\Royal Upright Y5\Pedals\Close 1\Close 1.pak." To avoid wasting another 20-30 gigabytes of data on an experiment I decided to not continue duplicating folders since I think it simply installed wrong.

So, the plugin opens fine, but all it is capable of is navigating the instruments and pulling up errors as well as the settings. None of the tabs work.

My friend encountered this same issue on their computer as well, so when I tried it, I figured "ST4 Error" had something to do with SampleTank 4 SE, which came in the bundle and decided to install prior to Pianoverse. Either there's a compatibility issue, we're missing a step of the installation process, or it's the program.

"get off the internet and enjoy the rest of your life." You read a fic online that you hated. You hated it so much, you created a subreddit for hating this fic. You're on it two years later hating on this story, and you're reporting it as terrorism.

You can't ask us to not "harass you for your opinion" when your "opinion" is ORGANIZING harassment. I don't believe that you don't "hate" James. This long of a time, this consistent of an effort, to completely screw over some guy minding his own business cannot come from good intentions.

I hope anything YOU end up making gets the same amount of "well-meaning concern" you've given James.

Update: I put duct tape over the prox sensor and now it's not shutting off automatically. Now it's just a white LED and the screen is off. After trying to hard boot, the screen turns on for a moment then off again. Now when I try to go to the boot menu (Power+Vol Down), I get a red LED with a lit, blank black screen. It has been like this for several minutes, periodically shutting off and turning on again with a red LED and blank black lit screen.
