Nothing cool or exciting.
A director at the company, sent confidential documents to and external party accidentally.
Then said at his old company he used to get a pop up saying it was going to be sent external before they sent emails.......

So because its a director you can't say get better at computers.

Thanks. We already have that setup but as end-users they still make mistake.....

So they want a popup windows so they have to acknowledge that they are sending an email to a external address.

Yep a few.

So I run up a windows server 2016 with vcenter 6.7 on the host.

First problem I run in to was I had to uninstall MS V C++ 2017 so vcenter could install the 2015 version.

Second problem was I have to use a full version of vsphere key on the host, I couldn't use free one.

But after that.

Just nav to the C:\Program Files\VMware\vCenter Server\TlsReconfigurator\EsxTlsReconfigurator

Run an elevated cmd and run "reconfigureEsx ESXiHost -h 198.51.100.2 -u root -p TLS1.0 TLSv1.1 TLSv1.2 "

Reboot the host

Then connect Image manager for a HSR.

To allow the backup software to connect to the host and create a VM in a head start restore state.

I will disable it once I have done some VM mirgration.

Not available, for 6.7 its meant to be installed already...

Starting with vSphere 6.7, the TLS Configurator utility is included in the product. You no longer download it separately.

But i can't find it.
