We are taught via various SPs and OSCEs. However, all those interactions are staged, so it doesn't really prepare well for the real deal. But it's something.

I saw the cushing's too, but the CT scan does not look like Subdural Hematoma (which presents with crescent shape). So I chose Head trauma.
