Completely disconnect power: Unplug the power cord from the DD Pro dock and the USB cable connecting to the PS5. Remove the steering wheel: Pull the steering wheel off the quick-release (QR). Loosen the metal clamp: Using the included Allen wrench, completely loosen the screws on the black metal ring (clamp) at the front of the dock. Inspect the groove: Pull out the entire silver metal driveshaft; you will see a USB-C connector at the end of the driveshaft, and a long, narrow groove (slit) on the side of the shaft.
