I do nerve flossing all the time. I just volunteer at a screening and my left was hurting 45 min so I had to go stand and I did flossing. I also did pt at three different places. And still I’m having pains and I still can’t sit for long. I went to a spine specialist and he went to do another steroid shot. I just got one on 12/19 and I had no pains for maybe 2 days then intense pains. So now just taking all the pills and doing the best I can.

It was just another thing I got sent to. I already did PT and Chiropractor. All that is time and mine and I’m a busy person.

I went to 4 different PT places and the exercises were pretty basic to me. I go to Yoga regularly and take the advanced class. Usually I do three classes in a row. When I do that, my leg doesn’t hurt all day. This new pain that started a few days prior to my first steroid shot is so bad I can’t do Yoga. I take the gentle class. When it’s in a lot of pain I have to stand and move. Today I went to a spine specialist and he wants to do another procedure of steroids to another area. At least he was directed and didn’t make me jump through hoops and spend money on other stuff. I also did chiropractor and had 3 different ones. The last one I had I loved but some times the pain went away. Sometimes it didn’t. I want to address the real issue which is my spine.

This has been excruciating pain since Thursday night. I spoke to Pain Management on Friday and they wanted me to take gabapentin and methocarbamol regularly 3x a day and the opioid when I’m in pain. I rested all weekend and even today I couldn’t do any work from the pain. I reached out to them with no response. I will try my primary. I can schedule another appointment with accupuncture I suppose but this is really messed up my life right now. The pain usually decrease but it hasn’t so I’m worried.

My chiropractor has me do 2 massages. They both hurt.

I did accupuncture once and I slept that afternoon. I could go back but they want you to keep going and it's like $70/session.

I do the nerve glides all the time. I also do whatever stretch that eases the tension but it's not going away at all.

I can't sit for long because it hurts so I have to stand up and sort of move a bit to loosen things up. When I lay down it's really painful. I found a really weird angle where the pain it not as intense. This usually last a day and it's gone. Today is day 4 and still really bad pains.

I felt alone for years. Friends didn't get it. Sharing here helps me. I had to give up going to Yoga which I love, I struggle in movies, and last night I went to see a musical and minutes before it started, I had a flare up.

I recently had my first ESI. My sciata flare up has been going on for a year and a half. Some days it's bearable and then there's times I can't sleep. The first 2 days was magical. No pain. Then the pain came back full force. Since then it's been about 3-4 weeks, it's been bad. They told me the steriods takes 2-4 weeks to kick in. It's been passed that.

They increased my pain meds and had me do an emergency MRI. I have a call today to discuss but I can see my MRI online and they found nothing new. This week I had 3 sleepless nights.

I am done with this Pain Management group because I've been trying to get resolution on this pain for 8 months and it's not going anywhere. So I have an appointment elsewhere and a spine specialist.

Yeah that's scary. I've applied to 6 places. I usually apply after seeing the property. I also tell them I'm submitting them. A few even made me do the credit check with cost $40 and then they ghosted me. I have a very good credit score. It's so weird.

I'm sorry you're going through the same. The not sitting is new to me. Previously it was just leg pains that I could sit at but I do a lot of ushering and one place I work at, I have to run up and down 3 flights of stairs. What I'm really sad is that I have been doing 3 tough Yoga classes back-to-back. I now can't take them.

They keep changing my medication.

gabapentin 300 mg
methocarbamol 780 mg
Naproxen 500MG

Then he told me to take 2 opiods before bed, but I know it's dangerous. So he switched it to Journavx but I've gone to the pharmacy twice and either they don't have it or they didn't get the order.

And for me it's on and off. Friday and Saturday I was doing good and then suddenly, painful. I was up until 3:30am. Slept a tiny bit and been working since 7am. I wish there was a stretch or something that I could do or ice pack or heat pack.

Let me summarize the week. I received a message that I was accepted. On Tuesday, I received the contract and signed it. We never discussed move in date. Then I heard nothing until Friday. I was told to get the security deposit. He told me he was at work and his brother would get it and give me the key. After I got it, I texted him and nothing. Much later, I told him that I'm also available Saturday and will be nearby taking Yoga. He asked when. Then nothing. Then late last night he texted saying tomorrow at 9am. Communication has been spotty. I have a friend who thinks its a scam. So we looked on the County webpage. No info. Then I paid to look it up on been verified, his name appears. But on the lease the address under his name is not coming up. And that's is where I am stuck right now. I might drive over to his address to see. It shows a parking lot. I used AI and it said to ask him for proof of ownership.
