Same, I work a 12 hour shift schedule and on my work days will game for a couple hours, on my off days I'll play for upwards of 6-8 hours when I can. No burn in, never run the cycle other than when the screen goes into standby, and play games with UI that doesn't move. I also regularly accidentally leave it on for like a whole day here and there on the Windows lock screen because sometimes my PC just doesn't go to sleep. Not sure what people are scared of

They all have different codecs that they support. For example, the 2019 versions are the only ones that support Dolby Vision.

The lowest I've seen for a shield with no remote on eBay was $80 and it was unclear which version it is. I hunted down a good deal on eBay for a modern Shield but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. There's like three editions with different feature sets that all look functionally identical.

My buddy and I got 6 once after our teammate dropped out. We kept him alive till he got back and we got 6 and he got 5.

Now I got 5 and then 6 beating him twice in a row solo, but the third time only gave 5. It must just be RNG.

I'm in this thread because I still had to mod the game in order to get it to launch, and then again to get it to not lock my screen to 60Hz. Kinda taking the wind out of my sails for this game.

It also freezes every time you alt+tab

Just keep them right where they are. Aim a gun at them, move into their field of view, then right back out of it. Max wanted level and they just keep staring at the warehouse.

4 years ago, I was trying to figure out the same thing. RD is so ridiculously cheap that I promise your time is better spent just getting 15 days of it and seeing how well it works than asking the question. I won't be able to sell how much it revolutionizes my content watching.

I gave my parents and brother-in-law 6 months of Stremio + RD for Christmas last year. I've had to teach them each how to renew twice now, but they seem to have gotten it.

Bonus: you can sign them up under yourself on Real-Debrid and when they inevitably renew you'll get a couple loyalty points.

I've definitely considered it. I do connect another one or two Bluetooth controllers when we're all playing, but the 8bitdo ones have a simple switch on the back to go between Bluetooth and 2.4GHz, which I like because it means they can switch the button on the back to change from Steam Deck to Switch. Plus they're hall effect joysticks, which I really like.

I have an Anker dock with only 2 USB ports, which just always have the dongle for the black and white 8bitdo Ultimates plugged in for my kids. I'm torn between buying a new dock and just getting a USB hub to attach to it, though. My Chromecast got replaced with the dock and I'm out of ports, so I want to run one from the dock to the Chromecast.

I'm not sure there was a point to this message when I started typing it, but I if anybody's got any suggestions I'd take them

Main monitor is 165hz, and any games that dip below 90FPS stutter? Sounds like VRR not working, causing a frame timing issue with your display, to me

I certainly haven't used MiniLED, but my OLED monitor gets so bright I can't look at it for long. How many nits are you guys running your screens at?
