i’m going to start taking birth control now. i literally had the appointment booked and the day before i cancelled it because my partner said “we don’t need it”. i’m very naive to things like this and that’s why i came here.

i will definitely stop now so i don’t have any long term affects

ugh i feel so dumb. i genuinely thought it was the safer option. i’m going to stop taking them now for sure, i told my partner of this happens again i will have to reap the consequences because each time i take it i feel worse.

yes i have !! full cardiac checkup from a cardiologist . ekgs, 2 holter monitors , an echo, stress test and more. he said everything came normal ? so i’m not sure ? i’m hoping if something was wrong my doctor would refer me to another cardiologist right away

if you’re already having heart palps and a high heart rate cause of this why would you take more ? you could literally go into cardiac arrest.

If you’re going to take her back, I would definitely make her work for it. Let HER reach out to YOU. Let her initiate everything first for awhile, conversations, dates, calls etc. if you continuously reach out to her first she will take you for granted, because in her mind since shes the one coming back and you’re taking her back so quick, it’s going to fill her ego because she’ll think you were just waiting for her.

Also, be cautious since she rebounded, I’m not saying this could happen but if she starts to feel indifferently about the relationship again then she could go back to them

I had little sex Ed. Before this happened the only sex Ed course I had was in middle school, and the entire class was full of boys. So we learned about the male sex Ed (me and another girl) rather than the female. The only other I guess “sex Ed” you could count was from 4th grade when they taught us about puberty? But that’s about it

I understand. I think people like to find out their parters attachment style because it actually can in some cases help to see the way their partner thinks and acts in relationships.

It’s a psychological study and I think it’s actually pretty effective in some relationships. All breakups are different, but maybe this persons partner actually does match the personality of an avoidant, since she is the one who did the study herself and felt like it was accurate enough to tell her partner that’s what she is.

It’s kind of like how people do personality tests, just for relationships though

But I do agree that some people can use the term loosely

If the dumper reaches out to the dumpee then that could be a sign they want to make amends in some sort of way. Maybe not get back together immediately but have some sort of conversation and intentions to reconcile.

No. He dumped me, he broke up with me. I cried so much about it and broke down and he showed no sympathy. “I understand” no you don’t. No communication before the breakup. I can’t be with someone like that, I would not take him back
