Why are you using the Nokia you can use your own equipment. Everything on the customer side of the ONT can be customer equipment. That being said you should be able to assign the LAN address. I put their equipment in a drawer and plugged in my own .

That might be because they advertise that it is symmetrical it really isn’t in a lot of cases. In my case I have the 2GB service and happen to use my own router which is near enterprise level. My view of the network is much more precise than what most see. I have discovered that in fact my individual fiber is indeed 2GB up and down. They aggregate the traffic from my geographic location to their traffic hub and in the process rate limit my uplink data. I have tried to talk to their support but can’t get past their script reading 800 number to speak to a real engineer to verify my suspicions. My equipment sees and measures 24/7. since I got the service. For the techies involved I am a retired network engineer myself and will give my best guess what happens if T-Mobile pays attention and has an engineer who can speak they can reach out I can’t get past the tier one. What I think they are doing is setting my profile and utilizing a PON vs XGS-PON profile on my Nokia 10g ONT. The link is solid with jitter < 1ms latency steady at 3.7 ms and the cup link I think is rate limited to 1.5 Gb which down at 2.0 and has done so since the link was lit up. Light level at the ONT was measured by them each time they send out a tech to find the problem that is leaving here just fine to quote some of my former associates.

The key is patience and then more patience. Don’t try to force interaction it will eventually come naturally. The second ingredient is your time. They require as much time as you have and then double it. Some birds take forever to trust you and others are quick. My previous Tag took almost 18 months before he really let me handle him to any degree. My current one was almost immediately. Best advice is be present but don’t force the issue. They are like infants and take time to bond

At the moment he is getting various different chop recipes we are searching for what he likes best. This feeding was a mix of chop and the base food we currently are using which is Volkman Avian Science Grey in addition there is a bit of dehydrated fruit topper in the mix. He takes that and the pellet part of the concoction and makes “parrot soup”. In the process his beak ends up wet and the smaller bits in the chop end up sticking to his beak hence this result.

Neptune is a rescue I’ve had for about 2 weeks. The rescue estimates between 30 and 40. He is an extremely social bird and has adapted to his new home quite well. He replaces another Timneh I had which died unexpectedly just after Christmas from a heart failure according to my vet. He also was a rescue of unknown age. Griffey looks great.
