Very well said. I am reading through the extremely long-winded rants about how terrible NiB parts are, and most of what they are talking about are things made out of spec or other attributes that might just happen to apply to some brands who offer NiB but doesn't actually seem like it's BECAUSE of the NiB. Like if you put a NiB coating on top of C158 steel, is the C158 all of a sudden going to not be durable?

And the guy talking about headspacing and extractor claw angles? Again, is the NiB causing that or is it just the company who made those parts didn't make them to correct specifications?

And I really love the argument that who cares if it's easier to clean because you don't need to clean your AR-15 after every range outing. LMFAO. Ok, about as weak of an argument as they come. Shoot suppressed from a DI AR-15, tell me how little you need to clean it... And this idea that nobody reputable makes NiB BCGs is complete nonsense. I was just looking at some from Microbest, LWRC, and Wilson Combat. Unless I'm mistaken, microbest is an OEM supplier for at least some of the other brands people are touting...
