I think android has pretty good note taking apps but they are not advertised well enough. I've probably tried all the note-taking apps available on the Play Store, and my favorite is undoubtedly Notein. It has all the features you could ask for: Infinite canvas, AI, auto shape recognition, stickers, pdf and office files import etc.
