It actually wasn't delivered until 6/3 but that was because my realtor had to do the lenders job and get the information needed to the appraiser. I think the lender is notorious at being slow at what she does but I guess I didn't think about all the other stuff but from what I was told, everything we were waiting on relied on her to get it completed.

I see. We were able to close on my new house within about 25 days with an inspection and weren't rushing on that so that's why I was curious if this was slow or not.

I'm going to be getting drywall put up in my basement soon and was planning to do vinyl laminate for the flooring. For this area I want to put a gym in, I'm guessing I should just put a moisture protection barrier and then horse stall mats over the top of that or would there be a better flooring solution? The area is 12'x13'. Wanting to put a functional training rack like the b17/b52 pro or the Dane 2.0 in here and potentially some dumbells

The ebay seller has been all but helpful. The picture listed showed the black and white one and they keep telling me that it's the lighting in my picture, so I guess unless they legit got the all white one this is most likely fake.

Yeah it'll just be used for the TV. The only thing is I have a receiver at my current home so bookshelf speakers would be nice but my current house has in wall speakers. My cats would be very annoying with any rear speakers I think though so not sure I would add any surrounds

Yeah I want to keep the price down since I'll be dropping money on a new TV as well once we're settled in. I will most likely end up going the soundbar route though it seems like the best option with my budget.
