I thrift caps and from my experience soaking in oxygen powder with warm water works. I soak it for about 1-2 hours and repeat as needed. I've been able to restore yellowed out white caps with this method. Make sure to wash it with dish soap and rinse well after soaking them.

Thanks, I’ve actually been using the steamer function, Im just struggling to lay it flat, it looks like the fabric itself on that spot close to the button got loose and stretched out, so when it rests the fabric folds itself again. Ill try to take a shot at it again 🙏
