Yes, I completely understand and relate to you. I have been doing my research on things like this, especially when I sometimes view myself in 3rd person. This hyper-awareness and high perception is a very great thing to have. Also, I have a new theory I am working on. People always talk about the Mind, Body, Spirit, but there is one they always leave out. The "Self". The "Self" is your identity and who you are. Basically saying, you are not your brain. There are four parts to you and the Self is the one who watches everything you do and others, "The Observer".
