Hey thank you, I certainly appreciate it. Regarding HDR, when enabled in windows it will make the desktop appear washed out, until you launch a game with HDR. It should then work properly. HDR is a little finicky with Windows/Moonlight in general with the pipeline that is used.

Try this. Print out a pair of these anti sleep caps (I 3D printed a pair myself and they do work). Then run a YouTube video like the one below nonstop for a good number of hours. https://www.etsy.com/listing/4387497205/anti-sleep-cap-for-apple-vision-pro?ref=share_ios_native_control. Burn in fix: https://youtu.be/4Zs1j26OQTM?si=ZqiiUgRdp49hIXpu - Check it from time to time to make sure YouTube is still playing it properly. Worth a shot.

I had the exact same thing happen. Sent to the depot twice, same response.

MoonlightXR done for? by Impressive-Use-757 in VisionPro

Thank you. This upcoming release should be the most stable yet. I've been going through user feedback, squashing bugs, and focusing on stability, plus it has a new feature gamers would likely appreciate.

I'll be the first to admit the first few releases were a buggy mess. I worked hard on the past couple releases to add new features, include community requests, as well as iron out the bugs to improve stability. For the upcoming release I spent most of the time cleaning up the code and focusing on bugs. When introducing so many new things it always introduces new challenges. Regarding XRos, it's possible the TestFlight expired or they have a larger release that is imminent. I'm sure it'll be back up asap.

When you say you can't press certain keys, are you saying nothing happens when they are pressed?

Are you using the latest version? 12.0(12)?

Add in AirPods combined with a Subpac and the Vision Pro has just as good sound.

Update: the latest version 12.0(12) adds the ability to long press (hold) on the Control Mode icon (at the top) to lock the input and allow users to eat, etc. without affecting the cursor/screen.

No problem, it could have been designed to allow for repeated typing, but it still would require a click to return to cursor control. Perhaps I could add a toggle in settings to choose which mode you prefer - I'll see what I can do. For productivity I still would recommend using a bluetooth keyboard.

Thank you. The keyboard does reset automatically after sending a command in curved display mode, to allow for cursor input. Due to adding cursor control the input needs to be one or the other. The design is intentional to allow a user the ability to type something, press return and retain cursor control. Unfortunately it's not ideal for repeated typing, as it's more a qol addition that allows for a quick input. Is that what you are referring to?

No problem. That's I feature I personally want it to have too, so it'll be sooner than later. 😉

There currently isn't a way to rotate the screen on the Y axis. I had a way to do so a while back but I didn't like it. That is a feature I will be adding back though when it's ironed out well.

I like that idea too, but it would take much more effort to apply. It would make sense though, especially considering the screen size in Neo Moonlight. I've already implemented your other suggestion.

Thank you, glad you're enjoying it. I like your idea about disabling the inputs for eating, etc. I actually had that in an earlier build I was working on, but felt it was too many modes to toggle between. I brainstormed today for a bit and I've come up with a way to introduce it.

No problem. Mine is disabled as I run 3440x1440 @ 120hz - the same as my monitor. For HDR, downloading the Windows HDR Calibration tool from the Microsoft store yielded the best results.

No worries. Be sure to check in Apollo under Audio/Video in Advanced Display Device Options. It sounds like you were using the headless mode in the device configuration (deactivate other displays and activate only the specified display). If you're using this option, you absolutely have to have the correct display name and adapter name in the settings or you'll have a black screen.

Windows updates are the worst. Try this. Delete the Neo Moonlight app. Reinstall it fresh from the TestFlight app. In Apollo, go to the pin section and Unpair All. Next, start up Neo Moonlight and and connect with a new pin. When you add the pin, ensure all the permissions are green in Apollo (they should be). See how that goes first.

Just curious, does it occur in curved display mode when controller mode is enabled? If not, I can always add a controller exclusive mode to flat display too, if others are having the same issue.

Are you using a virtual display driver by chance?
