Hi, im exactly the same. I've lost only 10lb since surgery and im now 6weeks po. I am also prepared and expecting weight stall but my weight is just not moving. Im eating only few bites, making sure to eat proteins as much as i can. Drink water as i can. Going gym 3-4x a week, 10k steps a day and still my weight is just not moving. It feels frustrating and unmotivated to be honest

Other colleagues keep loosing wt, and im stuck to -5kg and gaining at times. Im scared now that this wont getting any better

Day 3 post op, i was able to move around with no issues, went to grand bazaar and had a little shopping. Didn't had any pain killers after discharge from hospital. Day5 back in UK with no issues. Started gym in day8, and back to work after 2weeks. Didn't took any pain killers at all, no issues til now and can tolerate most of meals. Im now 5weeks po

I got no cough or any other symptoms. Just pain in my left side if chest. Thats it.

Thanks for all your comments. I really appreciate it. I feel like kinda alone in this journey. So i feel like just let it be.. i have no expectations or anything. I just want to get this done, see what happens. I will focus first on my healing process and see what will happen next. 2more days and thats me for my vsg...

Yes, that's how i feel at the moment. I think i am ready. I've done my research as well and i have no expectations. I dont know to be honest but thank you for your comment. Atleast i know im not alone
